100 Days to Greatness

Upon completing “Practices”, new agents and most experienced agents will go thru our “100 Days to Greatness” program.

100 Days is a very comprehensive system for building and servicing a referral based real estate business. Its’ theme is to develop a relational based business that delivers exceptional value to the client and a balanced life of success for the agent and their family.

“100 Days to Success” was developed by Brian Buffini, Provident Systems, San Diego, Ca. CP is very proud to have two certified Mentor/Teachers in our company for this exceptional system for delivering real estate services.

“100 Days” starts the first week with five days of instruction on why the system works and how to implement it. The next 13 weeks consist of implementation, accountability, and review.

Improvement in performing the specific tasks and achieving the exact goals in terms of contacts, listings, and sales will be the focus of the mentor and the agents and it will continue after the 14 week period has passed.

Real Estate School

CENTURY 21 Cascade Pacific is proud to present a comprehensive program to start you on a career in Real Estate.

Step 1. Enrollment

Our licensing school is presented by TrainAgents.com.

The class is located on the Internet and can be taken anywhere Internet Access is available. High Speed connection is preferable!

We will enroll you at our office, supply all appropriate materials, and coach you thru any difficulties you may encounter.

Step 2. The School

The basic teaching method of the school consists of one or two short pages of information followed by one or two brief questions on the material just presented.

At the end of each chapter you will be given a more comprehensive test before proceeding.

When you have finished all chapters you will be given a “Final Exam”. You may repeat the exam until you are scoring above 80% to ensure an above passing grade on the State Exam! We will supply you with additional tests for practice if you desire.

Step 3. The State Test

The State of Washington administers The Real Estate Exam 3 times each week. You may schedule yourself as soon as you have a certificate from the school. The test will be scored at the test site and a temporary license will be issued at that time. You may bring the temporary license to our office that day and begin the next step.
