Assumption #1: experience teaches that a workplace rich and positive attitude and commitment to reaching a level of excellence in keeping with the salesperson's realistic goals, and expectations contribute greatly to the individual's success. Assumption #2: the right tools and support staff are likewise critical to help the agent achieve the level of success he or she has set for themselves. Assumption #3: no matter how long we have been doing real estate, we always need our batteries recharged with attitude and creativity! Century 21 Cascade Pacific is unsurpassed in these three areas. Our mission statement is, "We will inspire others to realize their potential, and then help them achieve it!" With an average sales price of 250,000 to 400,000, the agents commission will amount to $6000-$8000. The discount broker tells you he will save you $9000-$10000 per year. This is a formula for failure! At Century 21 Cascade Pacific, we will help you develop a model for your future success, with more sales. The return on your investment is good -- very good!! Here you will learn, "more sales is how you put your income where you want it to be". |

1. 100 Best Priced Listings for “1st Time Home Buyers” !! This is a company assisted program to help our agents that have listed properties in the first-time home buyer price range. This program involves management and agent peer-review of these listings to assist the listing agent in a focused marketing effort to the first-time home buying group. 2. “100 Days to Greatness”. This comprehensive program, developed by Brian Buffini, Provident Systems, for operating a “real estate brokering business” is the best ever designed for anyone that is serious and committed for the long haul! These classes are taught by Kale Dunning, on a continuing basis, reoccurring approximately every 90 days. There are now, numerous imitators, but none that have the essence and the soul that Buffini has instilled in the program. Kale is a “certified instructor” for 100 Days and receives high praise from his students, and his students produce numbers that speak loudly about the power of the program! 3. “Cascade Pacific University (CPU)”. CPU is truly a university, comprising a wide array of education and training on every aspect of developing a successful real estate practice. New agents receive a thorough indoctrination on the basic forms and processes that go on in the company that affects their sales and listings. Beyond that, they enroll in the “Learning for Life” Series of classes that meet twice a week for two hours. This series of classes embraces every subject from “Converting Contacts to Clients”, to “The Psychology of Selling”, and on to the personal disciplines required to build a successful real estate business. Much of the learning is done in a classroom setting, however, we have just established a continued learning program on the proprietary arm of “C21CPAgent Advantage”, our in-house website that allows two-way communication between management and agent. |
